Earn with HostTab
For creators, trainers and hosts with an audience
If you talk to short-stay hosts, on YouTube, TikTok, in a WhatsApp group or in person, you can give them a longer free trial of HostTab and earn a share of every pass they buy.
The standard terms
- Hosts who join with your code get a 30-day free trial instead of the usual 7 days.
- You earn 20% of the price of each host's first pass, and of every pass they buy in the 12 months after it.
- Each fee clears 14 days after the host pays, then it is paid to your M-Pesa at the end of that month.
- The host pays the normal price. Your fee comes from us, never from them.
What you get
- Your own code and link. Share the link, or tell people the code to type when they create their account.
- A private statement page that shows link opens, trials started, new paying hosts, renewals, and what is clearing, ready to pay and paid, month by month.
- A ready-made WhatsApp message with your link, so sharing takes one tap.
- A printable flyer. Print a flyer (one page, PDF) with the prices, the WhatsApp number and a QR code to this website, for a noticeboard, a meeting or a training session. It names the website's address, so give hosts your code or your link alongside it.
What a fee is worth
At the standard 20%: KSH 200 on a 30-day pass, KSH 540 on 90 days, KSH 1,000 on 180 days and KSH 1,800 on 365 days. The fee is for the pass itself; extra properties a host adds do not change it.
What you cannot see
Your statement shows numbers and fee lines only. You never see a host's name, phone number, bookings or payments. Hosts are told in our terms that a creator may earn a fee and cannot see their records.
How to start
- Message us on WhatsApp and tell us where you reach hosts.
- We set up your code and send you your link and your statement page.
- Share it. Use the ready-made message or your own words, and mark it as a partnership where your platform requires it.
Your own terms are shown on your statement page. We may offer different terms for a particular partnership; what is on your page is what applies.
